CPD Workshops for Practitioners

Course Overview

About the courses

Alongside the Depth Trainings for therapeutic professionals we offer short CPD workshops for practitioners.

These workshops deepen clinical work, utilising the phenomenology of the here and now, tracking the process that is unfolding in the relational field. Our approach guides participants to be more direct and descriptive with process observation, with the intention of developing a more democratic and dynamic exploration within the therapeutic relationship.

Conflict as a path to intimacy

Conflict is the one of the biggest fears in terms our willingness to be in close contact with other people, whether that is in our work as facilitators, or in our personal life as partners, parents, friends, and with our own families. At Alkimia we explore the nature of conflict in all of our trainings, as simply another way of making contact, and in this workshop, we provide a taster for a regime change in the way we perceive conflict with a change of perspective on how to move towards authentic intimacy.
