Group

Group Supervision

Practitioners often tell us that they feel isolated in their private practice and organisations. Group supervision offers collegial, peer support and stimulation that nourishes our work with a sense of belonging and allying.

Group supervision combines personal sharing amongst fellow practitioners with supervision of clinical work that may be drawn from client work, supervisory practice and organisational / leadership challenges.

Benefits

Benefits of Supervision

Whilst practitioners are required to have regular supervision it is often very difficult to find excellent supervision that combines extensive background experience with a passion for collegial contact, cultivating a spirit of inquiry and learning.

Professionals thrive in such supervisory contexts, that nourish and inspire, rather than supervision degenerating into a tick box exercise. Alkimia Training passionately believes in bringing aliveness and relationality to the professional community, co-creating a sense of connection and belonging in an environment that fosters learning and exploration.
